Hello

Urine analysis findings may indicate urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is not good during pregnancy.
UTI is indicated by slightly cloudy appearance of urine and presence of excess pus cells and occasional bacteria in urine.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine culture/sensitivity.

You may need to take full course of antibiotics depending upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water.

Get well soon.
Take Care

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Panagiotis Zografakis's  Response
Hello,

The complete blood count is not bad for a pregnant woman, unless your hematocrit used to be much higher in the past.
Your urine have some signs of inflammation like the elevated white blood cells. Bacteriuria in pregnant women should be treated to avoid serious complications. My suggestion is to give a proper urine sample for urine culture. If bacteria grow in the culture media then antibiotic treatment would be required. I can't suggest a specific antibiotic eight now because it depends on your medical history and recent antibiotic exposure.

I hope you find my comments helpful!
You can contact me again if you'd like any clarification or further information.

Kind regards!
